About us

Lizzie Milligan

Lizzie was born in Winchester and grew up in the English countryside before moving to Brighton working in hospitality and then embarking on travels. In the early 90’s whilst working in busy London restaurants she was drawn to training in therapeutic massage. In these early days of study her practice included working with those living with HIV/AIDs; leading to a belief in the need for touch therapy to be available to all. The passion for the benefits of touch and well educated application of manual skill have led her on her path in this industry for over 25 years . Apart from practising from the clinic in Clovelly she works as part of an Integrated Medical team at the COB Lifehouse RPA Hospital and teaches Oncology Massage (For Oncology Massage Limited).

Tania Griffin

Tania was born in Christchurch NZ. She came to live in Sydney aged seven. She grew upon the outskirts of Sydney where much of her childhood was spent in nature. She grew up in fairly bohemian environment where alternative and complementary therapies, food and exercise as medicine were the norm. This developed her interest in health and lifestyle. When she began her massage career she knew it was her vocation. Tania believes that massage and tactile therapies have much more potential to heal and rebalance when applied with thought and skill.  Tania works at the Lifehouse RPA one day a week as part of an Integrated Medical team and she also teaches Oncology Massage.
